These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products by Happy Healthy Me (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to:

Physical books (printed copies)
Digital downloads (including PDF workbooks, guides, journals or similar materials)

All products are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order:

You will receive an order confirmation email.
A contract is formed once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary (e.g. payment failure, pricing error).

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely via integrated third-party payment providers through Squarespace.

We do not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect confirmed orders.

SECTION A – DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered:

Via download link after purchase
Or by email (if applicable)

It is your responsibility to:

Provide a correct email address
Ensure your device can open PDF files
Download and store your file securely

6. No Right to Cancel (Digital Content)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

When you purchase a digital download and access it immediately, you:

Agree to immediate delivery
Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right

By purchasing and downloading digital content, you expressly consent to this.

7. Refunds – Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

All digital sales are final
Refunds will not be issued once the file has been accessed or downloaded

Exceptions may apply if:

The file is corrupted
There is a technical fault preventing access

In such cases, we will provide a replacement file.

SECTION B – PHYSICAL BOOKS

8. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Postal services
Customs (for international orders)
Incorrect address details

9. Cancellation & Returns (Physical Products)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your physical book.

To cancel:

Email us within 14 days
Return the item unused and in original condition

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

10. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your physical book arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 14 days
Provide photo evidence
We will offer a replacement or refund

This is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Intellectual Property

All content within our books and digital downloads is protected by copyright.

You may not:

Copy
Reproduce
Distribute
Share digitally
Resell
Modify
Upload to file-sharing platforms

Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence only.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

12. Disclaimer

Our products provide wellbeing, mindfulness and lifestyle information only.

They:

Do not constitute medical advice
Do not replace professional healthcare
Are not a substitute for therapy or clinical treatment

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product
